Caloosa Golf & Country Club – 18 Holes A limited-membership (300), equity course designed by Ron Garl and laid out in a cloverleaf design. Social activities offered. Dining facilities are not available. Member-managed. No single membership availability. The clubhouse facilities are available for members to use after hours for a fee. Caloosa Greens Executive Course – 18 Holes Designed by WCI’s in-house design team. The holes range from 90 to 311 yards and are perfect for the novice. Signature Hole: #10, Par 3, with sand on the right, huge trees parallel to the fairway and at the back, and a large, rolling green.
Club Renaissance - 18 Holes Sun City Center’s Newest Course. Designed by WCI’s in-house design team, it is an extremely challenging course as it wanders through wetlands, nature preserves, and newly built homes. The country club facility will be starting construction Fall, 2002, and will offer a fitness center, dining room, pool and all the amenities of an upscale country club.
Falcon Watch Championship Course – 27 Holes Designed by Ron Garl in 1981, 1984 and 1988. Signature Hole: “Cypress” No. 9, Par 5, with water on the right and sand on the left. The hole requires pinpoint accuracy on the approach to the green, which is guarded by traps that halfway surround it.
Kings Point Executive Course – 18 Holes Designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr. – believed to be the only executive course he every fully created. Signature Hole: #3, Par 3, with water on the left from the tee, bunkers almost fully surrounding the huge, hour-glass shaped green, and towering century-old oaks at the back.
North Lakes Championship Course – 18 Holes The first golf course built in Sun City Center—wide open fairways and approaches with big, rolling greens that make the entire layout fun and challenging. Signature Hole: #7, Par 3, over water from the tee with out-of-bounds on the left and right. The hole plays from 150 to 180 yards to a well-bunkered green that will put your putting game to the test.
Sandpiper Championship Course – 27 Holes Designed in 1968 (18 holes) by Mark Mahanna. The third nine was designed by Ron Garl in 1985. Signature Hole: “Palms” No. 2, Par 3, plays 140 yards for women and 150-215 yards for men. Water in front and on the right provides a challenge for golfers of any skill level.
